Order Cancellation & Returns Policy

Orders may be cancelled without penalties or fees by contacting Omni CleanAir at orders@omnicleanair.com or calling us at (425) 290-3922 within 24 hours of order placement.

After 24 hours, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.  The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect, damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All customers must present their receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@omnicleanair.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Omni CleanAir, 13800 Fryelands Blvd, Ste 400 Monroe, WA 98272, United States.

If your return is accepted, Omni CleanAir will send customer instructions on how and where to send the return package. Items sent back to Omni CleanAir without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
